Emmett C. “Buster” Owens, III LEED BD&C
Transitioning from my role as President of Rabco Solutions, LLC, where I dedicated seventeen years to advancing the storage industry, I am now embarking on an exciting new journey with Storage Buster. With over thirty years of experience and a deep involvement in installing 160 million square feet of Self-Storage facilities, I bring a wealth of knowledge to this innovative venture.
My career started at the University of Central Florida, where I studied Civil Engineering and actively engaged with professional societies like the American Society of Civil Engineers and Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Holding general contracting licenses across multiple states and a LEED AP Certification in Building Design and Construction, my expertise spans commercial development, site planning, and environmental sustainability.
Before focusing on Self-Storage solutions, I contributed to the commercial development division of a top engineering firm, specializing in site planning and regulatory compliance. With the support of my wife Dorothy and daughter Emily, I am enthusiastic about applying my expertise to drive innovation and excellence in the Self-Storage industry with Storage Buster. Together, we are shaping the future of storage solutions through strategic initiatives and pioneering projects
